Boot Camp Training

A high-energy, results-driven fitness program that runs every six weeks.

  • Large group setting (8-10 women)

  • 12 total classes (2 sessions / wk)

  • 45-minute strength-training sessions

  • Add a 3rd or 4th session each week for an additional fee

  • No nutritional guidance support
