Meet Cadence

Fierce. Fit. Fearless.

A happy family of four with two dogs, a dog being held by the woman, and another dog sitting on the ground, standing next to the girl. They are outdoors in front of a wooden fence and trees.

My name is Cadence Kulbeth, and I am the founder of C FIT Personal Training. I’m incredibly passionate about fitness, especially women’s fitness, because for too long, we’ve been told to take up less space. Eat less. Weigh less. Be less. But what women really need is to learn how to lift more, live longer, and feel stronger. Strength goes beyond the gym. It’s what carries women through every chapter: motherhood and trying to find balance, hormonal chaos, menopause, and everything in between. It’s never too late or too soon to feel strong, capable, and fully in control of your body again.

My mission is to help women finally stop putting themselves last and start prioritizing their strength, health, and well-being. We’re always taking care of everyone else, and I’m here to help you realize that when you feel strong, empowered, and capable, you don’t just show up better for yourself, you show up better for everyone around you. Most importantly, I want you to walk into a gym, into life, and into any room feeling capable, empowered, and unshakable.

What makes me unique in the fitness space is my holistic, real-life approach. I don’t just teach women how to get fit, I help them learn how to feel strong, live longer, and actually enjoy the process. It’s not about obsession or perfection—it’s about creating strength that supports you through any stage of life. I’ve built a space where women, especially beginners, can walk in without feeling intimidated. This isn’t just about dumbbells and reps; it’s about building empowerment from the ground up, learning proper form, understanding your body, and feeling strong every step of the way. You don’t need to know it all, you just need to start, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

  • I specialize in strength training built specifically for women. We also focus on developing deep core strength, balance, and mobility, while correcting any muscle imbalances you may have.

Building muscle isn’t just about looking toned — more muscle mass supports hormone health, boosts metabolism, increases energy, improves confidence, and protects your long-term wellness.

Every workout is fully customized to meet your specific goals, lifestyle, and body needs.

  • Absolutely not! Come exactly as you are. Whether you’re postpartum, starting over, or starting for the first time, we build from your current level and progress safely.

  • Yes! You can sign up for a nutrition plan on its own, or it comes included with your 1:1 or small group training package.

My approach keeps nutrition simple and doable — no extremes, no misery. Just balanced habits, protein guidance, hormone-friendly strategies, and a practical understanding of macros. You’ll learn to read food labels, fuel your workouts, enjoy life, and even make fun recipes your family will love, all while supporting recovery, energy, and long-term health.

  • We modify anything to meet your needs. Knees, back, frozen shoulder — you name it. You are never “too complicated.”

  • Yes! Small groups (up to 4 people) and bootcamps (up to 10 people). Still personalized. Still form-focused. Just with more girl-gang energy.

  • Women and girls of all ages. I’ve worked with young athletes as early as 11, moms in their 20s-40s, and strong women in their 50s-70s, rewriting the story of aging.

    Age is never a limit!

  • More strength, better energy, better sleep, clothes that fit better, confidence in the weight room, less hormonal chaos, and a deeper understanding of how to fuel your body.

We don’t focus only on the scale. We focus on your whole wellness: sleep, food, recovery, energy, hormones, and lifestyle.

We don’t chase pounds, we chase building a better you inside and out.

  • While there’s no formal childcare, moms are welcome to bring their kids.

I provide toys and mini weights so they can join in, move around, and see working out as a normal, fun part of mom’s life.

    This is a judgment-free, mom-friendly zone.
